Activation / Installation
The Hardware or Software will be set up, in agreement with our marketing section, in your firm and our service engineers give (after installation) your employee(s) individual instructions on how to use the equipment based on your requirements.

Maintenance and Repairs
As authorized Apple Certified service Engineers (ACSE) we are available if you have any difficulties or problems with any Apple hardware, also on short notice. Due to the surpassing knowledge of our service engineers we are able to cover almost all present personal computer systems, for example Linux PC,Solaris-workstations and servers, Mac OS 9 and OS X, Win9x, Win NT, pros Win2K, Win2K SRV,ADV Win2K and WinXP. If you have any problems we have a Hotline and we can also help if requested direct, at your place of work or at home.
Maintenance Contract
Your car requires maintenance and inspections, your computer
requires them as well from time to time, in order to guarantee the
effectiveness.
