Play Film: Effective introduction to working with Final Cut Pro and Edit DV. Creating and processing digital films.

Conditions

Mac or PC experience. For all, that (want to) work seriously and intense with the topic digital film.

Course Objective

Optimal working procedures during the preparation of digital films. Using film cut and its specific Technical methods and learning to understand the build-up and basics of digital film cut. The course contains a three day project in which the participants create a short film of about 5 minutes in length and then work on it.

Basics and presettings
Slicing / Splitting
Text and title creation and animation
Change-overs / Roll-overs
Import and export formats
Tools in their utilization
Integrating and dealing with Sounds, tone and music
